Our family has rented 3 times from here and they have been amazing every time! Customer service and the process is great, super helpful, nice and accommodating. I usually don’t give reviews but I absolutely had to post comments about our latest experience as we had been told about the blown tire procedure before, but never had to do it until this last time. It finally happened and we blew a tire. It was kinda scary, but we followed their directions about getting to high ground and calling for help. We’d managed to get off track a bit so JAKE didn’t have the easiest time locating us, but he found us and came to our rescue uber prepared and even with a smile. Of course we felt terrible about it and were super apologetic, but he had such a wonderful attitude about it! I mean, the situation sucked for everyone all around just cause problems aren’t fun, but he was so reassuring and genuine about letting us know we had nothing to worry or feel badly about…actually explained how much he enjoyed being able to get out in the field on the job. It just made what could be been a crap/stressful situation NOT crao/stressful and we GREATLY appreciated that!! THANK YOU, JAKE! There is no other place we’ll go for ATV rentals other than here!

Good ATV . Had lot of fun . Maybe be good to put flags on them to make them more visible and better signage in the route . Will probably make it more fun if the vehicles were brought to the entrance of the trail instead of driving on road for many miles .

Time to Ride AZ was a great find in the Phoenix area. The rental process was easy, the side-by-sides were in great shape, and the front desk girls instructions were clear and helpful. Luke was also cool and helpful, which made the experience even better.
The trails were amazing, the views were spectacular, and the self-guided option was a big plus. It was a great value for what you get, and I’d definitely come back with the guys to do it again. Get out and have an adventure, you don’t know what your missing!

We had an excellent experience with this UTV rental! The gear was clean, the UTVs were in great condition, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the trails they recommended were absolutely beautiful. We went out for a morning ride and had little to no traffic, which made it even better. Overall, a fantastic experience, we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing place. Had a flat tire. (My fault) had an issue with service people coming out took a while BUT the owner is amazing and took care of us as customers himself when there was a problem. and respected us. A few notes:
MAKE sure you secure your keys (don’t leave them in pocket like me) luckily they were on the floorboard.
If in a group, make sure you verify you all have same start/end time if you rented multiple machines. they were cool with me once I asked as I started pre-trip well before a few friends who rented one.

The experience was great overall. Staff were very friendly. The only issue I had was once I was on the trail, the signs to stay on the trail were not there. The staff said there would be signs in certain areas, and they were not there. I got turned around because of this, but still made

It was a great off road experience. Trails could DEFINITELY use more signage to better know where you're going. Got turned around for a little bit but was able to get back on the right trail. Employees were very friendly.

Time to Ride AZ exeeded my expectations by far. Their policies and staff are exceptionally accommodating in creating a fun experience.
There aren't many rental companies in Phoenix that offer actual ATVs and not just SxSs, let alone ones that allow you to bring their bikes to a preferred location in lieu of a guided tour or designated trail systems. TTR AZ was totally cool with letting me bring their TRX 250X out to Wickenburg where I prefer to ride.
No crazy fees or extra deposits were required, the process couldn't have been any more transparent or streamlined. Our paperwork and mandatory safety overview took 15 min altogether.
And as someone who's been a lifelong quad rider who owns a highly customized YFZ, the TRX was in much better condition than I would typically expect from a rental company. I partially expected to pick up a clapped-out machine but the bike honestly ran great and didn't give us a single issue.

Really enjoy the trip. The trail only has 1 restroom, so drink less water. The road from point9 to point 10 is a little bit tricky, so pay attention to this road.

What a great 4 hour tour! If you are debating on a SXS or a 4wheeler, the Honda 4wheelers have -0 suspension. GO WITH THE SXS!

We rented a couple UTV’s from Jade yesterday, and everything was great. We initially had a couple quads reserved but after arriving Jade made sure we understood the terrain could be very bumpy and decided on the UTV’s instead. Seamless process, great service and very nice machines. Highly recommended!!

We had an awesome time for our first UTV experience! The map with detailed instructions that Kaley gave us was extremely helpful as we missed the majority of the markers on the trail. Pay attention to everything they tell you prior to your ride if you're a newbie! When we came back, Jeremy and Jake motioned us to the back so they could wash down the utvs. Definitely an awesome experience and look forward to doing it again!

We were outfitted by the early morning team at Time to Ride off-road- in Carefree AZ. They are professional, fast, clear, complete and good natured.
PSA- They have instructions for every type of learner- take a photo of the map (like Kayla said- it might blow away) - and it has photos on it too! Listen to the instructions as best you can, download the app and digital trail guide, follow the trail signs- HAVE FUN -
Drink water! Full faced helmets might contribute to the tendency to drink less. Handle your business like an adult!
For that matter- long sleeves are a real must you partiers!
We saw a small snake at the river- be aware of your surroundings when you are resting.

Unlike many other places that give you a limited speed vehicle, I feel these guys give you full power of the machine that not many give.
Jeremy especially helped us out doing a PDI and explaining the machine. The machines were given to us in good shape and we enjoyed what the tour had for us.
Shoutout to these guys! Definitely will recommend this place to anyone visiting.

This was an excellent experience! My wife and our sons enjoyed a full day of non stop jet skiing. The experience was even more exciting as for a nominal fee they will drop off and pick up the skis for you. This was excellent because after a long day on the water the last thing I wanted to do was to haul a trailer back to the rental company and then go home to sleep.

Prices were good, trail was loads of fun, and the staff were extremely nice. They were caring, went out of the way to make everything easy, and the overall experience was awesome; would definitely do again. We, the boys, got lost without knowing it, and one of the girls called me to help guide us back to the trail, before we even knew we were lost (the vehicles are tracked by GPS). I will caution everyone though: if you are going on a 107° day like we did, bring a buttload of water and electrolytes, like we did. Otherwise you will die. Kidding, God forbid, but others in my group (in a separate dune buggy) did not take water and electrolytes, and had... a rough time. Even so, when we all got back to the place, they gave us all water and popsicles to help us recover.

Such a great experience! The staff were very helpful and kind, and the trails/ map were very detailed and easy to follow. We came for a bachelorette and will defiently be returning next time we’re in Arizona! It’s also self lead so you can go at your own pace and explore the trails.

Phenomenal service, vehicles and employees!!! Hands down made me feel like I lived my best life through time to ride. Everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful. One of UTV’s broke down and in 45 mins they brought out a new one out in the middle of the desert with no questions asked and continued enjoying ourselves. My group and I will definitely be coming back when we visit AZ! Highly recommend coming here to enjoy your day.

Do not rent the four wheelers! It is worth every penny to upgrade the the utvs.
They tried to warn us, they said it wouldnt be fun for people who had never been out on the trails before. We thought we knew better. We were very wrong.
The team helped remedy the situation and took excellent care of us. So thankful for them helping us to have a good time on the trails.

Must go experience with amazing service by this buisness. Extremely welcoming, gives you all needed info before you head out to the track, very helpful. We called in the middle of the track and by their GPS they told us how to get back on track. This is a must do attraction. The Razor was perfect!!

Best choice we made in Scottsdale. Our family of five rented a Can-Am for four hours and hit the trail for less than a lot of places charged for 1 hour. We had a blast. Highly recommend.

The can-am turbo 4 seat was great. Myself my wife our uncle and cousin 4 four of us do the 4 hr rental and it was a great time tons of water and mud. Had a great time. Would highly recommend time to ride. Easy to follow the map. Will definitely rent from them again. Flying 6 1/2 hrs to visit family this ride was worth the 6 -1/2 hr flight was worth the ride alone.

I took this excursion with my two brothers and it was nothing short of extravagant. This was my first experience doing side-by-side off-roading and it was the ultimate AZ experience. I would recommend bringing extra clothes, such as a hoodie and extra pants/shorts. The price was certainly worth it. Remember to live.

This was a blast! Great trail. Aweome equipment. Sophia gave us really awesome directions. I would recommend bringing good weatherproof gloves in case it's 42 degrees and raining like it was for us! Probably won't be a concern very often around here! Other than that, 5 star experience!

Great day exploring Tonto National Forest with the help of Time to Ride. Well informed staff helped us to design a perfect day. We received a helpful orientation to the UTV, which was new to us. And the equipment was in great shape to take us across rugged terrain. We will definitely use them again for future adventures in the Cave Creek area.

Great experience. The trails are very diverse with a lot of different terrain to explore all while staying on the system. They give a real thorough review of gear and machines along with maps and show you how to use the GPS. 4hrs was plenty of time with kids along. Views are amazing.

This company is awesome, I took my 21 rzr 1000 turbo with limp mode and I couldn't get new belt to roll on plus I had them replace control arm. I went in with a expectation and heavy wallet but was pleasantly surprised by the bill! Absolutely recommend this company I will not use anyone else

My family and I came out for my graduation, this weekend and we booked a half day with time to ride , we all got UTVs. Davin assisted us with brief and clean up. He communicated clearly, got the whole group up and running and comfortable with the machines fast. The equipment and machines were clean. We had 0 mechanical issues and beside a litttttle detour we accidentally took a long out route, we never got lost. We really appreciated that we had freedom to ride the trails how we wanted instead of being in a guided tour. Absolute blast, if you're thinking about it , do it.

Rented three side by sides for six adults and one eight year old. This is the second time we have rented the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, may be becoming a tradition?? Staff is super friendly and ensures you have a good briefing to have fun and answers all questions if this type of fun is new to you. Toys are maintained to a like new condition. Pretty sure the fleet of rental toys are replaced ever couple of years or so many hours. Will continue to rent form Time To Ride for our desert fun!!

Friendly crew. Davin was great getting us set up with our 6 year old kids in a Polaris so they would have a good view on the ride. Helpful desk staff with maps and a cooler with water.

Luke and Frankie helped us greatly- showing us the mechanics and going through the safety details-
We took the 2 seater car as it would be easier for me with a rotator cuff issue, It was still fun to ride and take pictures.
We saw some pigs during our trip!
We were given bottles of water to drink for our adventure - thank you!

The trail is confusing as hell. Kayley I’m sure was just repeating the message that she’s instructed. She’s very nice and helpful but the trail itself is so confusing and the directions given are too much it’s overwhelming and confusing.

I am a return customer to Time to Ride AZ. Last time we had a great trip with the guys so this time I brought my wife and 6 kids (age 4-16), and my brother-in-law and his kids. We had a BLAST. This business makes things easy and convenient and the equipment and trails are awesome. This is a must do if you are looking for a fun time in Arizona!

We had a great time! The staff was great, they made it extremely easy and provided a map of the trails. We had a great time, and the views were incredible! Absolutely would recommend!! Also, I’d recommend bringing a neck gaiter - it can get dusty if you’re following a partner. We brought them and were glad we did.

We had a great experience renting from Time to Ride, this was our fist time and they were very clear explaining the track maps,
My only criticism is we rented the 5 seater UTV as we were 2 adults and 3 children however the vehicle was very tight for our 3 kids in the back seat,

A must do when coming to the area! Easy and informative scheduling and a great experience from the time you walk in the door. Kaley was great from getting us setup to sharing tips on where we should stop and navigating all the top sites to see.

Jeremy helped us out and got us on the road fast. He gave us great directions and we had an absolute blast. My favorite activity by far here in Arizona.

We were going to do the single ATVs and my girlfriend did not have experience with them. Jeremey took his time to explain the vehicle and even after that we decided to do the Canam - he helped us make a decision and was flexible with us. Highly recommend! We had an amazing time!

Everything went super smoothly. We got all checked in and we were explained the route with clear and concise instructions and pictures to show us what we should look for. The views were amazing and the car rode super smoothly, even on the very bumpy parts. Debin gave great instructions of how to use and operate the vehicle.

The trail and razor we rented was seriously awesome! They ask for a $1500 deposit, which caused us need to come back through next morning. Only to return the next morning and for the deposit to be $1000 which was originally what I had planned for. Over all a wonderful experience and will come back next time I'm in the area.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We'll definitely be coming back. Jeremy was great to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. It's a self guided tour which gives you the opportunity to explore at your own pace. We did a half day rental, booked everything online as well as the waivers, super easy. Check in was about 10 min and we were ready to go!

This is an absolutely fantastic business! The experience was once in a lifetime! The trail is a combination of desert roads, and dirt trails. The journey takes you to a gorgeous desert oasis and through the mountains and valleys. The views are incredible. The staff are so extremely kind and helpful every step of the way. They teach you everything you need to know in a very friendly and laid back manner. If you have any questions or lose your way they’re just a call away to get you back on track and having a blast! I can’t speak enough about what a great value this was and would recommend them to anyone looking to have some outdoor fun on a quad or side by side. I will certainly be coming back when im out here again and highly suggest you do the same!!
